This is the best theme I have seen for VS Code.

Would you be willing to publish your theme on the Open VSX Registry? This is mainly so that users of vs-code-compatible editors, e.g VSCodium, can more easily discover and install it. There's a guide to publishing extensions on open-vsx here.

As a small note: folks can still clone your repo and then package the vsix to install themselves, so it's not a big deal if you don't want to deal with the overhead -- it's more of a matter of convenience and discoverability.
