I was using this plugin with quodlibet but noticed that certain circumstances would cause the player to hang (but not crash outright.)

The song can be skipped using the next or previous keys, but GStreamer seems to report a critical error as the following:

Critical: assertion 'segment->format == format' failed

This likely has to do with commit c76258b which I submitted, that allows songs to play non-infinitely. Perhaps there's something I missed when it comes to terminating the buffer and notifying the player that the stream is over?

@dv1 I understand that this repo is kind of out of date, has there been any progress on this specific plugin on the official GStreamer plugin repository?

Hey, I just stumbled upon this project and it seems really cool. It's a good start toward getting gstreamer to support more emulated sound formats.

I was wondering whether or not you think it would be possible to integrate psf using a library such as AOPsf. I know that DeadBeef has integrated AOpsf as a plugin, and it would be very cool to have some basic PSF playback working in gstreamer.

Also, if one were to make a pull request for this type of thing, would it be accepted?
