DUI.Initialize[12–18] says:

It should say:

Recently error msgs started to appear in Firefox devtools' console when loading a DUI (or MiServer) site. (Simple repro: http://miserver.dyalog.com )

That fn does not exist in HRServer.

I think we should have onSessionStart req there as in the MiServer-class

The "required" tests fail to work if the prompt of the select does not have an empty value.
