chronoparse should be able to parse strings that use the word "and" in addition to other delimiters.

Examples:
1 day, 2 hours, 3 minutes, and 14 seconds
1 year and 2 weeks, 6 hours

It shouldn't matter where the and is in the string, as we can't reliably tell when we're about to parse the last timespan if the user has not specified a max parameter.

Not sure how best to approach this in an NPM module as I've never worked with i18n in node before.

Possible types include:
Fortnight (2 weeks, 60 * 60 * 24 * 14 seconds)
Century (100 years, 60 * 60 * 24 * 365 * 100 seconds)
