I'm having an issue using Windows authentication with this plugin. Firstly, the deployment of the plugin does not pick up the sqljdbc_auth dll, and so it was required to add this directly to the java/bin path.

Once this is done, any subsequent modification to the plugin, such as removing it and installing it again, or from development attempting to check it out and then test again will cause an exception to occur due to a duplicate on the classloader. The workaround is to restart the Dynatrace collector, however this is undesirable.
