Add paging for all list components

• Next and Previous page buttons
• First and last page buttons
• Dropdown to specify the number of items per page

I get this error when I run npm start

React component that lists shards (just like the node and index lists).

• Use /_cat/shards to get info
• Search / filter shards based on the index names and status
• Filter shards based on
  • Status
  • Primary / Replica flag
  • Index
  • Node
• Order shards by the listed fields
• Consider grouping shards by node / index

You can create templates in Elasticsearch that define settings and mappings for newly created indices. These templates are a great way to group indices.

• Get the templates (and index patterns) using the /_template call. jq pattern keys[] as $k | {name: ($k), patterns: .[$k].index_patterns}
• Group all indices that don't match a pattern under a single group called Ungrouped
• Group all the other indices under the name of the template
