But when I run it, I get an error:

I've spent too long now trying to get a Google for Work SAML provider working with this.

Using docs on the web, I was able to get SSO going without too much trouble and can use it to open the AWS console from a real browser, but I just haven't been able to get Nightmare to be able to do the full authentication path.

I was hoping someone might be able to take a look at this non-working code and give me any tips?

I believe I have all the required parameters set correctly, but authentication to Okta is timing out.
I am trying to turn on headless browsing to debug, but I do not understand the directions on how to do this via the docker container.

Instructions state the following:

$ npm run start-debug

Where is this set?

Readme mentions aws-token.sh file whose link does not work. Where to find it?

AWS Token Generator used to work for me before. Since then many things have changed, including upgrading MacOS X, VirtualBox, and Docker Tools.

Here is what happens now.
I start docker and then run the following:

./aws-token.sh --username=myusername --account=myaccount
