Add percentage to upload files button about hub-ops HOT 5 CLOSED

I think we'd have to take that up with the notebook developers.

I think there wouldn't be opposition to adding this, but would take some work on the notebook frontend (which is pretty ugly).

Semi-related I've been experimenting on and off with https://github.com/betatim/binder-syncthing as a way to sync files between your computer and a hub. It works but you get a weird error popup every 30 or 60seconds which makes it unusable. Maybe also not the most user-friendly of options.

@betatim ok sure. this has been more problematic in the past week. I watched on student almost refresh their computer as it was just "appearing" to do nothing yet it was uploading. it just took a while. Even something simply like a button that changed colors could be nice.

some way to sync files efficiently would be really great. should i ping the jupyter folks on this via that issue?

Reading jupyter/notebook#3373 makes me think that (new) notebook versions should have a progressbar already 🤷‍♂️?
