[BUG] SIGSEGV if type not set in snmp_set() about easysnmp HOT 3 OPEN

@Guens thanks for reporting this bug. I noticed you mentioned it only shows up on 0.2.6. can you possibly run your problem code on 0.2.6 without the try block. I would like to see if letting python fail will gives us more information.

I'll look into this. Odds are that some of the recent refactoring removed some type checking.
