Update README to reflect branch option

Looks like the config can select a repo, but I'm not sure how it knows which branch to choose. I'd assume it's the default branch.

However there could be a case where a team has separate branches that need to be pulled from, like "8x" or "docs" etc.

Something like this I'd think:

PHP Fatal error on \Command\PlatformSites::getPlatformSites()

Attempting to follow directions on https://confluence.acquia.com/display/DOC/Dev+-+Doc+integration

My devdoc.json file looks like:

I get:
