nceflow's Introduction

NCEflow

This repository contains data files and computer (R) code used for the paper Qian et al. (2020), currently under review.

The main R code file is GibbsMS.R, which calls the initial data processing file EcFl1_data.R. Figures in the manuscript were generated by calling the tikzDevice. The ordered multinomial logit model was implemented in a separate file hierPolr.R.

Sources of Data

All the Land Use and Climate Data, Water Use, and SWAT model hydrologic data used in the cBN model are shared via data releases on USGS Science Base. The Benthic Macroinvertebrate Data from NC Department of Environmental Quality (NCDEQ) was directly acquired from the USEPA STORET database via the water quality data portal (https://tinyurl.com/y4b4hbre). The SC Department of Health & Environmental Control (SCDHEC) macro data was acquired from Jim Glover.
