What is the interpretation of these column headers?

USECLASS86,USECLASS96,USECLASS04,USECLASS10

In the file

https://github.com/edinburghcouncil/datasets/blob/master/Councillors'%20register%20of%20interests%20and%20expenses.csv

the links to the expense claim PDFs seem to be incorrect. E.g.

http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/downloads/file/10959/a_burns

should be

http://www.edinburgh.gov.uk/downloads/file/1778/a_burns

What kind of data would you like us to release in future? We might not be able to release everything that gets requested due to licencing restrictions or legal implications — or we might not actually hold it in the first place — but feel free to ask and discuss.

With a growing list of datasets organisation is going to become important. How could we best achieve a sensible categorisation system or taxonomy?

Adding datasets to a directory tree is an option but what happens if a dataset could be seen as belonging to more than one place?

Data can also exist in more than one format (e.g. CSV and GeoJSON) — would it make sense to keep these together or split them at the top level?
