This little hack loads LCSH RDF ntriples data into Solr to aid in local 
lookups. It doesn't bother loading the RDF into a triple store, but
just rips through the ntriples with a regex and fires off the url and
label to solr. It probably has bugs, since I wrote it during a conference call.

5. easy_install solrpy
6. ./index.py
7. profit!
