make it possible reload settings when a config file changes on disk.

This together with Observable properties makes it possible to change settings without restarting

Define a SessionScoped bean like this in a project that has a dependency on this Configuration project:

@SessionScoped public class mybean {
@Inject @Property private String prop;
}

When changing this property in the property file, CDIProperties will find this bean via the InjectionPoint and update the field, but....
in the app the field keeps it's old value. Only Singleton scope seems to work.

This does work:

@SessionScoped public class mybean {
@Inject @Properties private EnhancedMap properties;
String get() {return properties.get....}
}
