MkDocs does not allow pages as sections in the navigation bar. This is difficult to handle in the ABAP documentation since pages are used as sections headers (see the path at the beginning of each page).

Currently, the navigation bar is hidden because of this reason. It is also hidden because listing all pages makes each page large (~3MB).

In the initial page, all versions actually link to 7.31.

I wanted to add more help on version 7.55 and re-generate the markdown files.
Downloaded help 7.31, 7.40, 7.52 and 7.55.
Added version 7.55 everywhere in the script files.
I edited the build.sh file and left only this tsc && ts-node index.ts
Now if I open an md file in Typora, I see some html tags
