I have some suggestions for us to discuss here:

1. As a rule, the repo in which the english revision issue will be created will be different from the repo where the user asked for help, so I think the issue title could have the original repo name and an indication of the content type and the text of the issue could have the URL of the comment. I created 2 issues here to give as examples: #34 and #35

2. The label could be english revision separated by space instead of englishRevision with camel case, just to be like some "native" issues in GitHub, like help wanted or good first issue

3. When the revision is made (by commenting in the issue), instead of posting the entire text in the original thread, the bot could just comment posting the URL of the issue that has the english revision, to not pollute the issue discussion, like in #32 (comment)
