Fix Denomination Values for Transactions before 2005-07-01

dead? /hb-restapi/api-v1/accounts/1/transactions ERR 500

naively tried 5 years later and hoped for a miracle
(still impressive it worked for a while)

GET https://www.homebank.ro/hb-restapi/hb-restapi/api-v1/accounts/1/transactions?t=...&fromDate=01-01-2008&limit=100000&offset=0&toDate=10-04-2023 → 500 (Internal Server Error)

CSV Output

It would be nice to also have the ability to get CSV instead of JSON.
