Maybe a file per language, maybe a file containing all of them.

When this is done, it will need to be compatible with phonegap without the need to include any extra plugins (like filesystem)

We need the ability to add translation on the file, something like:

localize.translate('it',{
    'greeting': 'Ciao',
    'greeting_formal': 'Salve'
});
localize.translate('en',{
    'greeting': 'Hi',
    'greeting_formal': 'Hello'
});

in other words, if a translation for a language is not found, it should fall back to a failover language that can be change when the class is initialized (e.g. localize.start('it',{failover:'en'});
