Email records disappear in BE list view when basic.enableSimpleMode is set
When basic.enableSimpleMode is off, they appear again.

Old behaviour
Hi Alex,
thanks for porting the extension to be 7.6 ready! The old behaviour was to change every mail link.
I wrote an alternative EmailLinkFactory to restore that behaviour. It also keeps the original link attributes which would be nice to see in yours.

Replaced links are not cached
On cached pages the links are mailto links not email2powermail links.
In my opinion
$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['tslib/class.tslib_fe.php']['contentPostProc-output']
should be changed to
$GLOBALS['TYPO3_CONF_VARS']['SC_OPTIONS']['tslib/class.tslib_fe.php']['contentPostProc-all']
