I have experienced some weird behaviour that I think might be related to having the laptop closed (working on external monitor).
When committing with closed lid nothing happens but when the lid is opened again the shot is taken and sendt to the board.

Maybe a solution is to check for the availability for taking photos and/or set a timeout on it? If it cant take a picture within a time limit, it will not send to the board.

If you have a bad hair day, or if you happened to get a very unfortunate facial tattoo, you might want to disable the script (temporarily or permanently). Is there a way to remove this script, or at least disable it?
