[EMEP] Figure out correct units

Dry and wet depositions have units of "mg/m2", or "mgX/m2" where X is sulphur or nitrogen.
When comparing with Aaseetal (see compare_emep_aas.ipynb and picture here) it seems that this should be "ug/m2".

Comparison of colocated EMEP data and observations from Aasetal. The EMEP data have been scaled assuming original units of "ug/m2".

[EMEP] Computed variables

Some variables are computed from other like depso4 = wetso4 + dryso4.
Currently ReadEMEP recognizes depso4 and sconcbc.

Go through EMEPLatLon2AerocomLatLon.sh and find other variables that should be computed.

[EMEP] Use get_aliases to allow both conc and sconc prefixes in ReadEMEP

[EMEP] Convert EMEP -> Aerocom variable file to ini format

Currently the variable mapping from EMEP -> Aerocom is stored in vars_sorted.sh.
Should be converted to a .ini file to be consistent with other settings.
