question regarding an old gendev post

Please excuse the odd way I'm sending you this, I couldn't find you on discord, refuse to check if you're on twitter, and have no idea where else you'd be. Clogging the GPGX repository with this seemed a little rude, hence why I'm using an older (auto-generated?) one

You made a forum post on gendev in 2010 that's peaked my interest, regarding the Action Replay. It also had a link to notes about the Gametec MagiCard, but that link is dead. If by any chance you still have those notes, can you make a fresh link? I'm also interested if you have any notes on the regular game genie, or more on the Pro Action Replay 2, as I couldn't find much hardware details about those

Implementation of GBA emulation and a ROM-autoboot function (like New Gen Plus GX)

Why am I requesting that?
1. The Visual Boy Advance emulator is already doing GBA emulation, but their
coders won't implement a ROM-autoboot function.
2. The Gui that you have already provided through GENPlus GX is muchbetter than
VBA, SNES9X and FCE !
3. ekeeke forever !

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

The expected output as mentionned in the title is to be able to launch GBA roms
and to have an autoboot function like in the new Gen plus GX GUI. The aim for
me to have that would be to create channels/ISO of emulators which contains
only 1 ROM, and the autoboot function would be more confortable that loading
manually a 1 Rom in a 1 Romer emulator.

If the effort is too big compare to the need, this request can be forgotten,
but I'm sure you can create a much better interface and much better Gui that
the only one in the market: VBAGx

Thanks for your attention

Best Regards

Exception Always Occurs

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Trying to open a Zipped rom
2. Exiting the Settings screen
3. Pretty much anything that involved exiting screens

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
For it to work normally. It always gives you an exception screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The latest one, for the Gamecube.

Please provide any additional information below.
The SNES Emulator works fine, and on the same type of media. When you try
to open a Zipped rom, it immediately goes to an exception screen. When you
go to the settings and set anything, and press B, it goes to an exception
screen.

Original Video Mode

I'm not sure if this project is still alive, but if you plan to release one
more version someday, it would be really nice to have an option to use the
original video mode, like your others emulators, but mainly like smsplus-gx.

Gamegear looks really good using the original mode on smsplus, and since the
resolution is the same as Nintendo's Game Boy, I'm think gnuboy would benefit
tremendously from using the original mode, since due to the really low
resolution of Gameboy, it's really hard to find a satisfactory screen
configuration.

So, I think this feature would be a good way to wrap up this project, since
Gameboy full emulation is already achieved, but one of the better features of
emulating games on Wii are not implemented yet.

Thanks.

Enhancement: Dual Screens

Sorry, it wouldn't let me change the type to enhancement.

Anyway, I thought being able to have 2 seperate instances of a game
running at once would be cool. Screen 1 would be controlled by wiimote 1
and screen 2 by wiimote 2. Linking the two would be great as well (2play
tetris, pokemon trading, and so forth).
