I can't seem to dump textures properly. Happen to both ULTRA texture archive and NORMAL ones. Can you help with this?

But in short, when I used noesis to convert MAPCD files dumped I get:
Fatal Error: Unknown file magic: 0x82017f80 expected PCD! Detected file type: Unknown

I don't understand, how am I supposed to use this? I download the code, nothing. I don't know how to use it? The readme gives no information at all.

I'm trying to extract music files, but if I use this tool, it's extracting not all music files (.MULs). Almost all cutscenes music files and some gameplay music files are missing. So, it extracts not all data. Could you help me with that?
