Suggested scenario:

1. Fork the repo, clone the fork locally, create a branch with step1 name based on a master.
2. Define rcs_java_course repository which should be looking into the original repo, which was cloned at step 1.
3. Implement step1 requirements and create a PR compared to master branch at rcs_java_course repo, pass the review, create new step2 branch based on step1.
4. Fetch rcs_java_course in order to get recent updates with fetch rcs_java_course
5. Merge new definitions from rcs_java_course/step2 with git merge --squash rcs_java_course/step2
6. Resolve conflicts if any
7. Go to 3 in order to proceed with next step, changing indexes correspondingly. master should be replaced with current step name
