All maps are broken due to Mapzen services ceasing. I need to get this switched over ASAP.

Some folks have noted that sorting by first name is not very useful, so let's split the name field in candidates.yml into two fields:

• first_names: e.g. 'John Samuel'
• last_names: e.g. 'Smith Jr.'

We'll need to update a few templates as well with the new fields.

Found throughout the site, we need to get these updated to 2018 dates:

The _includes folder is where we'll want to put a new template for 2018 election dates. Here's the previous include to use as a template: _includes/2017-municipal-election.html

Search results populate in local dev but not on the live site. Here's the local view:

Besides getting the results to show, I need help making the results more useful (summary text, people showing in the results). I'm using lunr.js for search.
