Setup config defaults

CUrrent version (3.5.1) is a bit out of date now, so needs updating.

You mentioned in one of your videos that in the yaml config, you could refer to a third party template, but you didn't like to do that because you didnt want a 3rd party controlling the content of your template. But this is exactly the kind of setup that I want because I want to document multiple repos to have the same look and feel and be able to update a template in a single location that updates all of the client repos. I don't kow how to do this and this has me resulted in dragging my feet in getting this work done. I dont want to define a repo as a template, because that kind of setup doesnt really work , because it is a one time clone of the code. If I could config a template in the config, then I could make changes to the source template and all my client projects would automatically inherit those changes. I guess this is possible because you mentioned it in the video. So effectively, I want to use your template to create another template. This child template would contain additional shared content that can be re-used (by configuring it the yaml file somehow), but not using the template paradigm on github as that is a one time snapshot. I hope you get where I'm coming from, cheers.

This will be the main documentation content page, with sub sections on the left and a right panel with a page table of contents

There's a lot a example code and assets, like that picture of a cat. Just remove and clean up the template.
