Do this now, or it won't get done.

Create more low-level examples for Firebase.Database. Consider converting the elm todomvc app to use elm-firebase as well.

• Audit try/catch blocks and remove when not necessary
• Intercept Firebase permission warnings and convert them to errors (talked to Firebase team, they don't plan to upgrade the warnings to errors)
• Return errors for mis-configured applications (e.g. bad DB url, API key, etc.)
• Remove Database.Error.OtherError

Tackle this service after Firebase.Database

Add a new subscription that implements listItemChanged/Added/Removed/Moved under the hood to surface an API that looks identical to Database.listChanges but streams list items individually from the server. I'm pretty sure this is the 90% use-case for those four listItem level subscriptions.

The primary benefits (that I can think of) for doing this would be:

• No implicit dependency (the package will break if Firebase is not included globally)
• No potential breakage from mismatched versions
• A simpler setup story

The problem currently blocking this is that the Firebase JS client does not work in strict mode, but all Elm code is run in strict mode.
