It may be better for users to select from a drop down list of dates instead of from a calendar, which may lead to confusion among users about the actual date of the data being presented.

Not sure the budget calculator is that attractive or useful a tool. I don't think most consumer know their tank capacity for one, and it seems distracting how it's laid out on the page. Let's remove for one and leave in a branch until we're certain about it.

Since the first commit the CAC logo is no longer visible on the app. This may be due to app being unable to locate the image given the recent movement. Will need to ensure the location is sound and stable.
