I get this when running ember test --serve

Would it be to hard to make a block version?

Like:

{{#highlight-js lang=language hasLineNumbers=hasLineNumbers}}
   some code here
{{/highlight-js}}

By this, I mean expose:

• initHighlighting
• initHighlightingOnLoad

Then, users can just call that and not have to use the component (i.e. if the code is not in a handlebars template)

additionally, links from NPM back here are not correct.

After installing ember-highlight-js, I got errors about broccoli-stew not being installed, and needed to add it to the project's dependencies. It would be nice if the package could handle that so that I could keep it out of my package.json.

Hello, this probably happens rarely, but you have a helper in your app/templates/index.hbs that does not appear to have the required code: {{eg-code-highlight code=codeHighlightExample language='hbs'}}

If someone pulls in this addon, but doesn't have an index.hbs to overwrite yours, the application will throw an error that the eg-code-highlight helper cannot be found.

If you would like me to open a PR removing this file, please let me know.
