  In either case we need to do a refresh on the page to see the correct figures. We need to fix this.

Responder pop-up is not fully populated as per the screen shot below:

As per the attached screen shot, the console can go indefinately stale.
Refreshing the screen resolves the problem.
Would be nice to provide in the console a diagnostic tool for a developer to better identify the network status of the app.

NOTE: this environment is secured using a self-signed cert.

Not seeing this behavior in other environments.

User can register via sso, however that is not replicated to the responder database.

Since there is no messages for when responder is created. the dashboard is not able to show the correct number of responders in the system. For this we might need to implement a Responder created event. @btison @aidenkeating

The Responder registration allows you to create a boat with a capacity of zero, which I'm not sure makes sense. In any case, if you mistakenly register with capacity=0, updating the Responder details to increase the capacity does not persist the change, so in our test run, we ended up just scrapping the responder and re-registering, since the first boat didn't have room to pick anybody up.
