Possible future extension would be a special narrative event for the HRE upon campaign startup — after DETA (Dynamic Elector Title Assignment) is complete — to introduce and list the HRE's Prince-Electors and their elector titles.
Another future extension along these lines for DETA is to add a special status line in CHARACTER_TOOLTIP_DELAYED which indicates that a given ruler is a Prince-Elector of the [localized HRE name].
