Re-setup transformation structure
Step 1: Copy transformation logic from previous attempt - may contain compiler errors
Step 2: Split up into core and Eclipse-UI-specific parts:
- org.moflon.gt.democles
- UI-independent transformation logic
- org.moflon.gt.eclipse
- UI and IDE components such as MoflonGtBuilder, MoflonGtNature (<-- to be decided)
