Connected Papers is a web application that lets researchers find interesting/relevant/most cited papers beginning with an initial starter paper. This tool is useful if you dive into a novel topic and want to get an overview. Further, it can point you to other crucial papers.

I think Taiga is on the wrong place, as it's not an "online git service". On the website you can read "Taiga is a project management platform for agile developers & designers and project managers who want a beautiful tool that makes work truly enjoyable".
