The use-wallet library supports Portis wallet as an option, it just needs the Dapp ID generated from the Portis Dashboard.

• Portis should be enabled as a connector for use-wallet, pulling the dapp id from the environment.
• Add Portis to the select wallet modal dialog.

The text of the one-time, modal coupon warning needs to be updated in light of the EIP-16 changes.

It should be replicable when you purchase coupons after EIP16 was merged.

The coupon redeem button remains disabled as long as the DAO redeemable pool is empty. However, since EIP-16 expired coupons can be redeemed after expiry for their principal even if the DAO does not have any redeemable funds.

The Redeem button should be enabled if a coupon is expired.
