Alright I see what you're saying and that can easily be addressed. But the way that I'm reading that power I would interpret is as the following:
Normal Hit 1d12 + 3 + 1d10 fire damage
Critical 2d12 + 15 + 1d10 fire damage.

If it was to be interpreted as:
Normal Hit 1d12 + 3
Critical 2d12 + 15 + 1d10 fire damage.

Then the line probably should have been written as+13 vs, AC; 1d12 + 3 (crit 2d12 + 15 + 1d10 fire damage.) with the fire damage within the brackets.

Thanks! You're correct, this was a bad explanation on my part. How you interpreted is how I interpreted as well (the damage in my bottom graphic is normal non-critical damage). I should have said only additional damage types, not just limited the issue to additional critical damage.

Anyways, you're absolutely killing it with this 4e game build. Thanks for all your effort.
