Elisa Negrini's Projects
This repository provides the main code to implement the no-collison map algorithm from the paper "E. Negrini, L. Nurbekyan, Applications of No-Collision Transportation Maps in Manifold Learning ."
This project is coded in R. We studied the correlation between cereal nutritional facts and costumer rating.
This project is coded in R. We performed an exploratory study of healthcare data from 2013 and 2014
Use Fourier transform to learn operators in differential equations.
Download a large file from Google Drive (curl/wget fails because of the security notice).
Greek symbols plugin for IntelliJ IDEA
This project is coded in Python. We tried to predict Parkinson's disease from voice recordings.
To learn more about GANs I coded a simple GAN to generate MNIST digits using online tutorials as base examples.
This project is part of my research work. The goal of this project is to recover the right-hand side of a system of differential equations x'(t) = f(t, x) using Lipschitz regularized deep neural networks. The Lipschitz regularization term is added to the loss function and improves generalization and function recovery.
