We currently retrieve the JSON schema file for the Heroku API at runtime. This schema file has changed in an incompatible way which breaks Entime when refreshed. Since it’s not currently persisted in source control, it is refreshed every time we deploy.

We should store it in the repo instead and remove support for automatically retrieving it. The commit message for the file should include a curl command for retrieving the latest version. We should also call it something like heroku-schema.json. A copy of the older working version is attached.
