To clarify the sonar-operator usage, it is crucial to add the Quick Start
section to the README.md file of the edp-sonar-operator repository.

- user can deploy sonar-operator without EDP;
- sonar-operator can configure Sonar LTS version with main sonar-operator capabilities (User provisioning, QG, QP);
- publish sonar-operator to operator hub;
- align EDP install to use new sonar-operator approach;

- as a result of release pipeline we need to automate 'Deployment Certifications and Source Traceability' section creation in release tag;
