Global Leak detected

Hi there,

This line introduces a global leak. Can this be converted to var BWIPJS = require("./bwip.js") instead (without causing issues) ?

Image quality

I just tried the sample code for an ean8 code. Works great, but how can I improve the image quality? By default, it's just 134*88 pixels. Thanks :)

EAN8 does not work?

The following works great with a 13 digit barcode:
var rescode = require("rescode");
var data = rescode.create("ean13", "1234567890123");

The following does not work with a 8 digit barcode:
var rescode = require("rescode");
var data = rescode.create("ean8", "12345678");

Is there a bug here?

UPCA not supported

I want to use UPCA barcode type but it is throwing error

also how can I adjust height, width ?

Latest version fail with: BWIPJS.load is not a function
