when i run : ### Cmake .. -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/home/pnt/Downloads/bufr/my_bouild_dir

i get this probleme :

CMake Generate step failed. Build files cannot be regenerated correctly.

can you help me to build this programme (netcdflittleR)

It would be helpful to have a working set of installation instructions in the readme or in a separate file. As of now they are too vague, and the Makefile fails to run when created. Please add some sample correct instructions, as well as dependencies and anything else necessary for a working compilation.

For reference I am running on Fedora 28, and I do have netcdf for Fortran.
