Ajuste da mensageria

Hoje a mensageria não está funcionando, o publisher está publicado mas o consumer não está conseguindo consumir da fila.

Melhorar Testes

Atualmente os testes precisam invocar uma instância S3 para que possa ser executado, precisa remover essa dependência com mock.

Ajustar arquivos docker

Atualmente as configurações do docker não estão subindo o projeto, sendo necessário entender qual a causa e fazer os devidos ajustes.

Implementar minio

Minio é um requisito deste desafio, por tanto, precisa ser implementado, visto que hoje utiliza-se de uma instância s3 da aws.
