I am getting this error when I run the code in python 3.6 through the command line.

The result saved in the csv file looks like this:

the code sucssesfully run , but I cannot download the zip files
using this command: python sentinel_query_download.py sentinel_query.config --verbose I can download the csv file , but when i get to the next step using this command: python sentinel_query_download.py sentinel_query.config --verbose --download , I cannot download the zip
