Basically just copy player death animation

(instead of arrays) - hopefully will improve performance on memory-constrained machines.

Would be cool if the page re-sized as you adjusted it. Right now, it should perfectly fit screens when you first open the page, but if you change your window size or anything like that it doesn't fit no more. I would like to fix that.

The death animation is alright, but it'd be cool if it reflected how the death occurred - for example, flying straight into an asteroid (with an exactly opposite velocity) should slow both objects down in their death animations. Same thing for bullets (and particles?) and asteroids.

Can't just constrain speed because the player still needs to be able to maneuver while at max speed.

Change the circle.draw prototype so that the center of the circle starts opaque and becomes transparent as circle.age increases. The circle should be deleted when circle.age >= circle.maxAge.

Change the way deleting elements is done in the decay branch (it is not done well currently) - should also add some kind of hook for neat visual flourishes.

Drawing everything is currently slow and not done in a clever way - could there be improvements to the code to help it efficiently draw all circles?
