• Replace logos
• colors: Current logo uses rgb(8,166,145), while some weird art i made once looks more like rgb(32,127,162) and rgb(73,47,122)
• fonts: learning about this new non-google font thing should be fun. the logo uses Roboto Slab.

The original non-static site included a newsletter functionality. I'm not sure if I care about this, but it would be good to figure it out.

I think the conventions used for custom import locations are messing with vscode's intellisense. This would be a change starting from the static-base branch:

• move code stuff into /src
• make tsconfig respect source as a baseUrl
• fix all imports with wacky prefixes

double check these instructions and maybe add something to the readme about this. also realized that the settings >> pages needs to be switched to use the gh-pages branch, that should also be documented.

See data/siteMetadata.js. This might not work on static sites - haven't looked into it yet.
