When reading the initial documentation, if someone who doesn't really know what is a ServiceBus application, they might not understand how can they benefit from the dll.

Explain the benefit of this dll VS the Azure.Storage.Blobs Nuget package

Suggestion:

With this package we standardize the usage and implementation of Azure Storage Blobs in all your code.

With this implementation you have both publish and subscriber clients available at one sight.

Also, include a small paragraph of What is Azure Storage Blobs? and the use cases (some examples) where you can benefit or apply this solution.

Describe the bug

When running the sample app an exception is thrown when connecting to the container.
Looks like the development container is not defined on the project.

Expected Behavior

Run the sample app without any exception

Steps To Reproduce

• Navigate to the sample folder
• Load the sample app on visual studio
• Build the application
• Run the application
