Fix release versioning to use the current RC number, e.g., 0.0.4a should release in prod as 0.0.4, but right now it releases as 0.0.5. Additionally, if the version is 0.0.5 in the main branch, then the next CI release to pypi test should be 0.0.6a

1. Add in support for relationships to be auto handled in the conversion from SQLAlchemy to pydantic schema
2. Update the docs to mention how to handle relationships in an advanced "relationships" article. provide examples.
3. Update the docs main example or getting started docs to add in a relationship to show the workflow
