Add example .env file to repo

Botkit bot will likely require a different deploy script, so need to test and update a new one on CodeShip.
Add event based messages
The hubot version currently supports:
- Sending a message (channel or dm) when a user joins a channel
- Sending a message (channel or dm) when a user sends a message to a channel
Both messages support conditionals:
- Check if user is (or not) an admin
Ideally, Botkit version should support similar capabilities, if possible, leveraging Botkit Studio.
Add message logs
Add support for logging messages into MySQL. Keep DB structure if possible.
Add job posting conversation
Using the new Botkit bot, add the capability of posting a new job using a conversation.
Add wiki entry for setting up the local env
