Users need to be able to create their own identities. The openpgp lib should have everything needed to make this pretty easy.

Users need to be able to decrypt messages they receive. Features required:

• Ability to select which identity to use as the "recipient".
• Ability to verify signatures against saved identities.

Users need to be able to encrypt messages with the following features:

• Multiple recipients.
• Signatures.
