File eurace_unibi/Labour/Employer_Role_IG_firm/model.xml is not valid xml.

• opening tag for 'agents' is missing
• lines 599-604 are rubbish
• 'messages' element present in other model files is replaced with 'message' element

Reasons:

1. It is easier to maintain a Dockerfile than having to curate a VM image for every release.
2. Containers consume less resource (except on Windows since it doesn't have containerization) than a full blown VM.

The C code of user-defined functions uses doxygen markers:

/** \fn Function_name
 * \brief Description
 */

This can be turned into HTML by running Doxygen on the source code, and then put as a website for code documentation. An example is here: https://fossies.org/dox/MPlayer-1.3.0
