On the DW shift of the first day of the month maintenanceData.py attempts to get the maintenance for the shift the night before (EM on the last day of the previous month) -- this causes an error relating to the index being out of range.

I think this is because the calculation to get the maintenance duty for the prior shift involves something along the lines of: (current shift - 1). This index normally functions fine, but on the first shift of the month, the subtraction results in the program attempting to get a dataframe entry that is at position "-1" which doesn't exist.

There's a logic issue where after midnight the program will get the maintenance data for the current date. Since the program is aware that it is still an EM (current time < 0700) the program will print the "EM" maintenance from the maintenance dataframe. However, since the current date has changed, the "EM" maintenance entry is actually the maintenance duty for the next EM crew.
